I left healthcare after 32 years and built a travel business from home. This is what that actually looks like.

A Travel Business Built Around Freedom, Flexibility, and Possibility

I’m not going to tell you this is for everyone — because it isn’t.

Building a travel business from home is real work. I built mine around a full-time healthcare career, a farm, and my actual life. What it gave me was a different set of options: I work Monday through Friday, I stop at 3, and I help families plan Disney vacations and Caribbean trips from my living room office.

The other side of what I do is help women who want to build something like it too. Not with a script — but with real support from someone who’s already done it.

If you’ve been wondering whether there’s a version of this that fits your real life, the free guide below is the honest first look.

What Becomes Possible Here

Passport to Possibility is built to support the whole journey, not just the business side.

A Schedule That's Yours

I work Monday through Friday, mostly 7 to 3.

Evenings and weekends are mine. Nobody approves my time off. That’s what I was building toward — and it’s what this business made possible.

Real Work You're proud Of

You’re helping families finally get to Disney. Couples taking the anniversary trip they kept putting off. Women in their 50s taking the trip they promised themselves. This is genuinely good work.

Someone In Your Corner

You’re not learning this alone. I’ve been where you are. I know what the first year actually looks like. There’s real mentorship here — not a training library you’re left to navigate by yourself.

A Business Built Around Your Life

I built this on a farm, while working full time in healthcare, with no particular advantages. The systems, the support, the path — it’s already in place. You bring the willingness to show up.

We Have a Real Conversation

A 30-minute explore call is where we figure out if this makes sense for you specifically. No script. No pitch. Just two women talking honestly about where you are and where you want to go.

Build With Real Support

If you decide to move forward, you’re not figuring it out alone. Training, mentorship, resources, and a community of women doing the same thing — at your pace, around your actual life.

Why Passport to Possibility Exists

This didn’t start as a business. It started as a need for something different.

For a long time, my life looked full on the outside. I was working in healthcare administration, raising my family, doing everything I was supposed to do. And I was good at it.

But I was stretched thin. My time was limited. My energy was going somewhere that didn’t belong to me. And the idea of building something of my own kept getting pushed to someday — a someday that never quite arrived.

What I wanted wasn’t another job. I wanted to stop managing other people’s urgency and start building something that fit my actual life.

Travel became the vehicle. Breathing room was always the goal.

I started building a travel business at 52 — while still working full time, on a farm in Northern California, with no industry background and no guarantees. What I had was a real desire to try and a willingness to learn.

Along the way, I realized the most meaningful part wasn’t just planning trips. It was helping other women see that they, too, could build something that finally fit their lives.

That’s where Passport to Possibility came from.

It’s not a shortcut. It’s not a script to follow. It’s a real path — with real support, real mentorship, and someone who’s walked it ahead of you.

This isn’t about escaping your life. It’s about building one that finally fits.

The Reality of Freedom

For 32 years, freedom meant vacation time — and counting down the days to get back to it. Now my work fits around my farm, my chickens, my garden, and wherever we decide to go next. Not the other way around.

Inside the Passport to Possibility Community

These are the women who are building it — not someday, but now. Different ages, different backgrounds, different starting points. What they share is this: they stopped waiting for better conditions and started with the ones they had.
