The Possibility Workbook

What would you love more of in your life?

Have you ever had something you've wanted to do for years, but every time you think about it, something else needs your attention?

Maybe it's a trip you've talked about with a friend, something you've always wanted to learn, or an idea that keeps popping into your head. And somewhere between work, family, and everyday responsibilities, you've kept putting it off.

Or maybe your life looks a little different these days, and you're realizing some of the things you used to want aren't quite the same anymore.

That's why I created The Possibility Workbook.

It's a $19 guided reflection workbook for women 40+ who want to spend some time thinking about themselves, what they've learned along the way, and what they'd love more of in their lives today.

What will you discover?

As you work through the pages, you'll have a chance to:

  •  Look at where you are today. Reflect on eight areas of your life and notice what you're happy with and where you'd like things to be different.
  • Recognize the woman you've become. Think about your experiences, what you've learned, and the strengths you don't always give yourself credit for.
  • Revisit the things you still want. Consider old interests, ideas you've put aside, and new things you've been curious about.
  • Look at what's been holding you back. Think about the reasons you've kept putting something off and whether anything has changed.
  • Discover what you'd love more of. Look back over your answers, notice what keeps coming up, and put into words a possibility you'd like to explore.

What will you take away?

By the time you finish, my hope is that you'll have a better understanding of what you want more of in your life, recognize some of the strengths you bring with you, and feel excited about a possibility you'd like to explore.

You'll have your own reflections written down, something you can return to whenever you want to revisit your thoughts or see how they've changed.
