Our Next Adventure Takes Us To Coronado Island
We decided at the last minute to extend our road trip to our couples Disneyland vacation. Our next adventure will take us to the Pacific Ocean’s pristine white sand beaches in San Diego, CA. Nothing compares to warm sand and calm water beneath your feet.
Since moving to the Sierra Foothills, we get to the beach less often. Feeling the sun’s warmth on our skin and the gentle sea breeze that whispers through the air while listening to the waves roll back and forth will create a serene atmosphere that sets the stage for cherished moments together.
Romantic Retreat at Hotel del Coronado
We chose the legendary Hotel del Coronado as our romantic retreat because of it’s beautiful location.
We booked a 2-night stay in The Views with an Oceanfront view from our room—the perfect sanctuary to unwind and reconnect.
The reservation desk was extremely helpful in adding a breakfast package to our reservation and made dining reservations at Serẽa for us.
The cuisine is prepared by San Diego’s Chef Jojo Ruiz, who creates elegant, fresh dishes with just a hint of Mediterranean flair.
Our 2-Day Itinerary
There are no plans for our itinerary for the attractions surrounding the Hotel del Coronado. We do know that there is a captivating history of Coronado Island. It’s charming streets, where boutique shops and art galleries await. All awaits for us to explore.
We plan on indulging in the vibrant culinary scene by savoring exquisite flavors at local restaurants, offering a blend of international cuisines.
And, of course, we must remember to savor breathtaking sunsets as we take a twilight stroll along the picturesque coastline.
